A. A Paypal account is required if you choose to use Paypal's recurring payments. This is because Paypal's recurring uses subscriptions for monthly/yearly payments, which requires an account on Paypal.

Q. Do I need to link a credit card to my Paypal account?
A. Paypal requires a linked credit card if you choose to use recurring payments.

Q. How long does it take before my payment is received?
A. Depends on the payment type:
- Payments with Paypal bank account may take 5-15 days to process. All other payments with Paypal are immediate.
- Payments with bitcoins it depends on the miner's fee you paid when sending the bitcoin. (Requires at least three (3) confirmations on blockchain)

Q. Does my submitted registration expire?
A. Registrations will expire if payment is not received within seven (7) days of submission. Q. Why is the bitcoin payment option N/A?
A. If the BTC for one (1) month payments fall below 0.00005 BTC the option is automatically disabled, but will be re-enabled when it goes back above 0.00005 BTC. Bitcoin payment option can also be disabled for other reasons as well.

A. You should be able to access the logs after the bot is online. If requested later, allow up to two (2) days after requesting.

Q. Do I have full access to the bot?
A. Not really. You have semi-full access to the bot. The only things that you don't access to are direct access to the files (no viewing, editing or adding files) and commands that could be a security risk to the server (such as the eval command) or the quit command since it will shutdown the bot completely.

Q. How can I add custom modules to the bot?

A. ∞. There is no limit on how many you want hosted on this service. However, each bot must have their own registration form filled and must be paid separately.

Q. How long do you keep bot logs after I cancel the bot hosting?
A. Bot logs will be kept available for a week. After that, the logs will not be available to be viewed from the site.
